Skechers Men’s Verdict Boots

Last month I posted matching boots for my two sons, and thought that it would be fun to have a pair of boots to match them too. I got a pair of Verdict- Wheat boots and they are great! In case you didn’t know, Vancouver is very rainy in the winter so it is fantastic that these boots not only have a waterproof leather finish, but they also have a seam sealed waterproof midsole. They kept my feet warm and comfortable all day at the Kal-Tire event I went to in Edmonton. Check out the video here:

Men’s Relaxed Fit: Broger – Kenster

If you are looking for a casual shoe the Relaxed Fit: Broger- Kenster has a vintage washed woven canvas fabric and a nice roomy comfortable fit. I really liked the contrast coloured suede side tab as well. You can check out these shoes in my review of the Kidco Angle Mount baby gate here:

Skechers GoWalk City Challengers

My favourite colour is red, so when I saw the GOWalk City Challenger in red I couldn’t resist giving them a try. I am not normally a fan of bright coloured shoes, but I really like these ones. These shoes are so comfortable for many reasons. Not only are they very lightweight, but they have high-rebound cushioning so they feel “squishy” when you walk in them. You can see them nice and brightly in my behind the scenes at Disney on Ice video here:

GoWalk 3 FitKnit

Another really great casual lightweight shoe is the GOWalk 3- FitKnit. It features the Goga Mat technology and GO pillars to provide anatomically correct arch support. The unique feature with this shoe is that you can go barefoot because it as an anti-microbial sock liner that helps inhibit odor and prevents slippage. You can check them out in my interview with BC Lion professional football player, Shawn Gore. The shoes even match the BC Lions colours!

Skechers Mark Nason Malling

As much as I would love to dress casually all the time, I do have meetings to go to which is why I love Skecher’s Mark Nason line of dress and dress-casual shoes. I really like the smooth oiled leather upper and flexible rubber traction outsole, but more importantly it has Skecher’s signature Cushioned Memory Foam that make it comfortable to wear all day. Check them out in my interview with musician Will Stroet;

Skechers Women’s Grand Jams Unlimited Boots

My wife was in need of a new pair of boots, so she got to try the Grand Jams- Unlimited. She said that the faux fur lining was so soft and the boot was really comfortable and warm. The traction sole made it easier to walk on wet surfaces while carrying our baby. Check them out at;

Skechers Women’s Relaxed Fit Rager

It isn’t always practical for my wife to wear a tall boot, so she also tried the Relaxed fit Rager, since it is a waterproof ankle height design. My wife also likes to wear thick socks in the winter, so the Relaxed Fit gives her extra room for the thicker socks.

Skechers Women’s Lamarie 2 Lumberjane Boot

Finally, my wife got to try the Laramie 2- Lumberjane ankle height boot. The moment she put these boots on she was surprised by how comfortable they are and really liked that they had an aggressive rubber lug traction outsole.

Skechers Girl’s Skech Appeal – Talent

My daughter had a growth spurt and needed a new pair of indoor shoes for school, so she tried the Skech Appeal- Talent Flair. She really loved how colourful the knit mesh was without being too bright. They have a heel pull-loop to make it easy to put on and have the Memory Foam- cushioned footbed.

Skechers Girl’s Skech Air Quilty Cuties

Since my daughter loved the “bubbles” on the bottoms of another pair of Skechers shoes she has, she saw the Skech-Air- Quilty Cuties boots and had to have them. She loves how soft the lining is that it has Gel infused Memory Foam for a comfortable boot she can play in all day.

Skechers Girl’s Flurries – Winter Wishes

Puddles are everywhere this time of year so I also wanted to get my daughter a pair of boots with a rubber bottom, so we ended up getting her a pair of Flurries- Winter Wishes. She liked the striped colours and that she could pull it closed at the top to keep her legs and feet nice and dry, especially when we’ll be heading out in the snow later this winter.

Skechers Mega Flex: Mega Blade 2.0

My 5 year-old son fell in love with the Mega Flex: Mega Blade 2.0. At first he thought that he could go skiing in them, but once he put them on he says they made him able to jump “super high!” Since he doesn’t know how to tie his shoes yet, he also loves that they are slip on and have a zigzag strap.

Skechers Synergy Mini Knit Shoes

Our toddler got to try a cute pair of Synergy- Mini Knit shoes. This is a nice lightweight shoe, so he is able to walk around easily in them without tripping over them. They are slip on so we don’t have to worry about laces coming untied either.
